Third times a charm!  Same recipe, it rose nicely and tastes yummy.  Still working on my kneading technique.  Practice makes perfect.

I think this might be the best curry that I've made a home ever.  Check out Slow Cooker Coconut Chicken Curry from Tastykitchen.  Everything was on hand, it took all of 20min to prep.  I tossed in some sweet potato.  Next time I'll try squash or peas.  Krotious dumped it in the slow cooker for 3hrs on low and then the last hour on high.  It was so ( Read more... )
